Box 7 Folder 31: "We’re up to folder 31 which contains Lester Young’s FCC restricted radio telephone operator’s permit and also a picture of Lester Young who was known as “Showboat.” This from about 1979, he was with JLD till about 1990. Did just a terrific kid’s show in the late ‘80s and into the ‘90s, had tremendous ratings. Had kids singing over the air. Picture donated by McNair Studios."
